The VYVA PLAST centre for thermoforming solutions consists of two industrial buildings and one administrative building, that are interconnected. Apart from the original industrial building, the whole object was gradually built during 2013-2020 period. The total leasable area of the facility is over 5,83 thousand square meters and is fully occupied.
The property is located on the outskirts of Turnov town in the northern Bohemia. It stands right beside the exit from dual carriageway continuing as D10 motorway to Mladá Boleslav and Prague. It is also near by the I35 main road connecting the town with Hradec Králové in eastern Bohemia.
