By the end of this February, the long planned change of ČS nemovitostní fond name will come to a force. As of 1. 3. 2022, the fund will be named REICO ČS NEMOVITOSTNÍ. The fund is managed by REICO IS ČS, as well as REICO ČS LONG LEASE fund. The new name will help to distinguish the fund from the competiton and to streamline communication of both funds under the management.

This change does not require any cooperation from the clients and will be reflected in sales information and documents only (e.g. KIID and Fund Prospectus). All terms and conditions agreed under the heading of ČS nemovitostní fond will remain fully preserved. The clients will also register the change of the funds name within GEORGE internet banking and csas.cz, reico.cz and investicnicentrum.cz websites.
