The real estate is located in the West Slovakia Region which together with the Bratislava Region concentrates 86% of industrial sites in Slovakia and hence ranks among the most important industrial areas in Slovakia. Industrial Park Dubnica is situated near the exit from the D1 Motorway, the most important transport route in Slovakia that connects the two largest cities in the country – Bratislava and Košice.

The largest tenant of Industrial Park Dubnica is a German company Continental, leading global producer of car tyres and supplier of technological solutions for the automotive industry. Continental utilises approximately three fourth of the leasable area in the newly acquired real estate. Other significant tenants include the Swiss transportation and logistics company Kuehne+Nagel, food supply chain Lidl and the Dutch brewery group Heineken.
