The Proximo II building is situated in the immediate vicinity of Proximo I, in the western part of the central commercial district of Warsaw. This is also the location of the tallest building in Warsaw - The Spire – and the whole area is one of the most dynamic office districts in Central Europe.
Proximo II is a modern, 10-storey building with prevailing office space. The total leasable area of the real estate is more than 20 thousand m2. The Proximo II building offers 207 parking spaces in total which are located in 2 underground floors and there are 12 parking spaces in the above-ground parking area.
The key tenants of the Proximo II building involve global consulting companies Accenture, Ernst & Young and Six which utilise majority of the leasable area. There are other important tenants, e.g. Storck and IT Kontrakt.

The real estate was completed in January 2018, based on the design of the British architectural office Rolfe Judd. Development of the building was safeguarded by Hines, whereas Hochtief Polska S.A. acted as the general contractor. Common areas and the internal courtyard were designed by the famous Italian company Pininfarina. The building was shortlisted for environmental certification BREEAM “Very Good”.
