REICO investiční společnost Erste Asset Management, a.s. (REICO IS EAM) was founded in 2006 in Prague as a 100% subsidiary of Česká spořitelna, a.s. Since 2024, it has been part of the Erste Asset Management group, which is part of the Austrian financial group Erste Group AG, headquartered in Vienna.

Dušan Sýkora
Chairman of the Board of Directors
Graduate of the University of Economics in Prague (VŠE), he has linked his entire career to Erste Group, where he took up a position in its Prague office in 1998. Two years later, he joined Česká spořitelna, which at that time became part of the Erste Group. There he worked in various financial management positions such as back office financial markets, accounting and controlling. Since 2015, he headed the business planning and performance management unit of the retail banking division, where he was responsible for pricing, branch network motivation, planning and reporting. In the same period he was also a member of the supervisory boards of several subsidiaries of Česká spořitelna - Stavební spořitelna ČS, Penzijní společnost ČS and also REICO IS EAM. In July 2023, he was appointed Chairman of the Board of Directors of REICO IS EAM.
Lucia Houfková
Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors
Graduate of the Faculty of Mathematics and Physics at Charles University with over 18 years of experience in risk management and investment fund administration. She began her career in financial institutions in 2007 at Česká spořitelna, focusing on market risk management, investment funds, and valuation of non-standard financial instruments. Shortly thereafter, she moved to the Erste Asset Management group, initially responsible for risk management, and since 2011, she has been in charge of the Finance and Operations Division of the Erste Asset Management branch in the Czech Republic. She holds the CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) title from the CFA Institute and the FRM (Financial Risk Manager) title from the Global Association of Risk Professionals.
Martin Řezáč
Member of the Board of Directors
Graduate of the Prague University of Economics and Business, specializing in international trade and finance. He completed numerous professional courses and training programs focused on capital markets; he has held a Ministry of Finance brokerage license since 1997 and earned the CFA designation in 2002. He began his career as a corporate dealer at Živnostenská banka before working as a broker at Money Market Brokers. He spent five years as a senior manager for bond investments at ING Investment Management. He joined Česká spořitelna in 2004. After two years of managing assets for institutional and private clients at the bank, he became Deputy CEO of Investiční společnost České spořitelny (Česká spořitelna’s investment management company). He has served as its CEO and Chairman of the Board of Directors since April 2013. Following the company's transformation in 2015, he became the head of the local branch of Erste Asset Management. Since 2013, he has also been a member of the Executive Committee of the Czech Capital Market Association, serving as its Chairman from June 2018 until 2024.
